§1. General Information

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through this online store, operated by a private individual under Polish law, as an unregistered business in accordance with Article 5 of the Entrepreneurs’ Law.

§2. Scope of Business

  1. This store is operated as a non-registered activity (monthly income does not exceed 75% of Poland’s minimum wage).

  2. The store sells legal plant cultivation accessories only – such as grow lights, tents, ventilation systems, trimmers, and drying racks.

  3. No products that require special permits (e.g., cannabis seeds with THC, banned fertilizers) are offered.

§3. Orders

  1. Orders can be placed via website, email, contact form, or direct message (e.g. on social media).

  2. A sale agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

  3. Customers receive an email confirming the order details.

§4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in PLN (Polish zloty) and are gross (tax included).

  2. The seller is not a VAT payer.

  3. Payment methods:

    • Bank transfer

    • Cash on delivery (if agreed)

    • Other individual arrangements

§5. Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped via courier or parcel lockers.

  2. Shipping costs are stated before the order is finalized.

  3. Delivery time: usually 1–5 business days after payment.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

  2. Returns must be sent in original condition, at the buyer’s expense.

  3. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned product is received.

§7. Complaints

  1. You may file a complaint in case of faulty or non-compliant goods.

  2. Contact the seller via email or post.

  3. The complaint will be processed within 14 business days.

§8. Personal Data

  1. Customer data is used only for order fulfillment.

  2. Data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

  3. No third parties will receive customer data beyond what is necessary (e.g., shipping company).

§9. Final Provisions

  1. The seller reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions.

  2. In matters not covered by this agreement, Polish law applies.
